1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
Eligible for Return
- Items in original condition
- Unused and unwashed
- Original packaging included
- All tags and labels attached
- Defective or damaged items
Not Eligible
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged by misuse
- Items without original packaging
- Perishable goods
- Items past return period
2. Return Process
Initiate Return
Contact us at support@artandcrafts.in or use your account dashboard to initiate a return request.
Get Approval
We'll review your request and send you a return authorization if eligible.
Ship Item
Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the return authorization.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit cards: 5-7 business days
- UPI: 2-3 business days
- Bank transfers: 5-10 business days
- Wallet payments: 2-3 business days
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Defective/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders may be cancelled only if they haven't been shipped. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.
